Terms of Use
“Gamejim” or “We” offer a diverse, current and exciting mix of free games created by Gamejim.
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of https://gamejim.com/, our games, and everything else we offer through them (“Services”). They are an agreement between you (“You”) and Gamejim.
By opening the site, playing a game or otherwise using the Services, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Services.
These Terms work alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect and what we do with it. Reading both is worth the few minutes.
These Terms are effective as of September 8, 2026. We reserve the right to amend them, and amendments will be effective as of the moment of publication on the site. You should check the site regularly for amendments.
Who may use the Services
Our games are made to be suitable for a general audience, but the Services are not directed at young children.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. In countries where a higher age applies to consenting to the processing of your data, you must have reached that age.
- If you are under 18, you should read these Terms with a parent or guardian and use the Services only with their permission.
- If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has used the Services or given us information, please write to us and we will remove it.
You also confirm that nothing in law prevents you from entering into this agreement and that you will use the Services only where doing so is lawful for you.
Your account
Our single-player games need no account at all. You can open the site and play.
Our multiplayer games ask you to register, so that other players have someone to play against and so your progress follows you between sessions. Where an account exists:
- Give accurate information when you register, and keep it up to date.
- Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
- Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe someone else has used it.
- One person, one account. Do not share, rent or transfer an account.
You may ask us to close your account at any time. What we keep and for how long after that is set out in the Privacy Policy.
How you may use the Services
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the Services for your own entertainment. That licence lasts as long as you keep to these Terms.
Please do not
- Cheat or interfere with play. No bots, scripts, automation, memory editing, modified clients or exploiting a bug instead of reporting it.
- Harass other players. No abuse, threats, hate speech, sexual content, or content targeting anyone because of who they are.
- Impersonate anyone. Not other players, not Gamejim, not anybody else.
- Attack the Services. No attempts to break, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, our servers or another player's account.
- Copy the Services. No scraping, framing, mirroring, reverse engineering, or extracting our games or their assets to use elsewhere.
- Redistribute access. Do not pass the Services off as your own or bundle them into something else you offer.
- Break the law or use the Services to help anyone else do so.
We may suspend or end access to the Services for anyone who does these things, and we do not owe an explanation before acting where a player's conduct is affecting others.
Content
Ours
The games, their code, artwork, characters, sounds, text, the Gamejim name and logo, and the site itself belong to Gamejim or to those who have licensed them to us. They are protected by copyright, trade mark and other laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of that to you.
You may link to our pages freely. You may not copy, republish, redistribute or build on our content without written permission from us.
Yours
Some parts of the Services let you contribute something: a display name, a reaction to a game, a message you send us. You keep whatever rights you have in what you submit.
By submitting it, you give us permission to host, display and use it for the purpose of running and improving the Services. You also confirm that what you submit is yours to share and does not break the rules above.
We may remove anything that breaks these Terms, and we are not obliged to keep a copy of it for you.
Feedback
If you send us an idea or a suggestion, we may use it without owing you anything for it. Please do not send us anything you consider confidential.
Advertising and third parties
The Services are supported by advertising. Ads are supplied by third parties such as Google.
- We do not control what an ad says or where it leads. An ad appearing on our pages is not an endorsement by us.
- What an advertiser does with your information is governed by their own terms and privacy policy, not ours.
- What these advertisers may collect, and how you can limit it, is explained in our Privacy Policy.
The Services also link to places we do not run, including our listings on the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. Once you follow such a link you are on someone else's site, under someone else's terms, and this agreement no longer applies to what happens there.
Where you install one of our games from a store, that store's own terms apply to the download and the installation as well as these Terms.
Availability and changes
We would like the Services to be available all the time, and we cannot promise it. They may be interrupted by maintenance, by a fault, by something at our hosting provider, or by circumstances outside our control.
We may also add games, change them, or take them down. A game you enjoy today may not be here indefinitely, and progress you have made in a game may be lost if we remove it or reset it. We are sorry in advance for the disappointment.
We may change these Terms as the Services change. Where a change is significant we will make it visible on the site rather than quietly. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept it.
What we do not promise
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we exclude all warranties, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
In plain terms: we do not promise that a game will be free of bugs, that the site will never be down, that it will work on every device or browser, or that anything you have saved will survive a change. We do try, and reports at [email protected] genuinely help.
Nothing in this section limits any right you have under consumer law in your country that cannot be excluded by agreement.
Limits on our liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for knock-on loss from your use of the Services — lost data, lost progress or lost time.
Some liability cannot be set aside by any agreement, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Nothing here tries to.
Ending this agreement
You may stop using the Services at any time, and you may ask us to close any account you hold.
We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, if we are required to by law, or if we stop offering the Services. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will give notice first.
The sections on content, what we do not promise, limits on our liability and which law applies survive the end of this agreement.
Which law applies
Indian law governs these Terms, and any dispute goes to the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan.
If a court sets aside part of these Terms, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a rule straight away, we have not given it up.
