Privacy Policy
“Gamejim” or “We” offer a diverse, current and exciting mix of free games created by Gamejim.
If you are reading this, it is because you want to know what information we are collecting about users (“You”) on https://gamejim.com/, what we are doing with it, and what your options are. If you have any questions or concerns after reading this, please email us at [email protected].
This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) applies to the services extended by the Gamejim site and our games (“Services”). This Policy describes only our online information collection and use practices; it does not apply to information we collect about you offline, such as over the phone or in person. By using our Services, you consent to this Policy.
This Policy is effective as of August 28, 2026. We reserve the right to amend the Policy, and amendments will be effective as of the moment of publication on the site. You should check the site regularly for amendments.
Collecting information — when and what
Information you provide
- While signing up: your email address, when you register an account to play our multiplayer games. We use it to create your account, to sign you back in and to contact you about that account.
- While playing online: the display name you choose, which is shown to the other players in your match. Your email address is never shown to them.
- While contacting us: your email address and whatever you write to us, when you send feedback or a support request.
Our single-player games need no account at all. You can always refuse to supply the information above, with the caveat that it may prevent you from engaging in certain activities on the Services.
Information we track
- From your activity: IP address (static or dynamic), browser type, browser language, referring and exit pages, platform type, search terms, pages viewed and the order of those pages, the amount of time spent on particular pages, the date and time, etc.
- From your device: type of device, advertising identifier, operating system and version, language settings, network type (2G, 3G, 4G, Wi-Fi), screen resolution, etc.
- From cookies: cookies are small text files a website can use to recognise a repeat visitor. Both session cookies and persistent cookies may be used.
- From third-party analytics: reports on activity, game performance metrics and usage trends from software such as Google Analytics, which is integrated with our Services.
If you do not want Gamejim to deploy cookies in your browser, you can opt out by setting your browser to reject cookies. If you choose to disable cookies, you can still use Gamejim Services, although your ability to use some features may be affected.
These third parties use cookies and other technologies to help analyse and provide us the data. You consent to the processing of data about you by these analytics providers in the manner and for the purposes set out in this Policy. Please be advised that if you opt out of any service, you may not be able to use the full functionality of the Services.
For Google Analytics, please visit policies.google.com/privacy.
Reasons for collecting information
We use the information above to maintain the general functionality of the Services, to accommodate your requests, and for the purposes set out elsewhere in this Policy. More specifically, it may be used:
- To create and maintain your account, and to connect you to an online match.
- To help you efficiently access your progress each time you use our Services.
- To show advertising, which is how our games stay free.
- To improve or add to our Services based on the information and feedback we receive from you.
- To analyse and draw trend reports from aggregated statistics of user activity.
- To reply to you when you contact us for support.
Sharing your information
- With employees, contractors and affiliated organisations — strictly on a need-to-know basis in order to process it on Gamejim’s behalf or to facilitate the smooth functioning of our Services, such as providing network services, IT support and customer service.
- With advertising and analytics providers — so that ads can be shown and measured, and so that we can understand how our Services are used. See “External websites, third-party links and advertisers” below.
- With a parent company, subsidiary, investor or acquirer — in the event of a corporate sale, merger, reorganisation, sale of assets, dissolution or bankruptcy, your information may be part of the transferred assets.
- With regulatory authorities — when required by court order, law enforcement authority or regulatory agency, or whenever we believe that disclosing such information is necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of Gamejim, its Services, users or the public at large.
The persons above are contractually restricted from using or disclosing the information except as necessary to perform services on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information.
All information may be maintained on servers or databases located outside your country, or in a jurisdiction where the privacy laws may not be the same as those in your location. By using our Services you consent to the transfer of such information.
Protecting your information
We follow generally accepted industry security standards to safeguard and help prevent unauthorised access, maintain data security and correctly use your personal information. However, no commercial method of information transfer over the internet or electronic data storage is known to be 100% secure. As a result, Gamejim cannot guarantee the absolute security of that information during its transmission or its storage in our systems.
Game progress and settings are stored on your own device. Uninstalling a game removes them.
Your options
- Cost-free information — you have the right to cost-free information about the personal data stored in regard to your person. Furthermore, you have a right, subject to the statutory provisions, to have such personal data corrected, blocked and deleted. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. We may, however, decline requests that are unreasonably repetitive, require disproportionate technical effort, jeopardise the privacy of others, or for which access is not otherwise required by local law.
- Deleting your account — email [email protected] from the address you registered with, with the subject Account deletion request. We will delete the account and the email address linked to it within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep a record.
- Opting out of personalised ads — on Android, open Settings → Google → Ads and choose Delete advertising ID or Opt out of Ads Personalisation. Ads will still appear, but they will no longer be personalised.
- Limiting the scope of sharing information — in the event of disagreement with the terms of this Policy, it may be best to limit your level of interaction with us, which could include simply not providing us with personal information. Recognise that not consenting or withdrawing consent may limit or preclude use of the Services.
Miscellaneous
Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)
We strive to comply with the requirements of COPPA, which was established to protect children’s online privacy. Gamejim is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are under 13, please do not send any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number or email address.
In the event that we learn we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take all reasonable measures to delete that information as quickly as possible. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children’s internet usage. If you have reason to believe that a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, please contact us.
Advertising in our games
Our games are supported by advertising. Ads inside the games are delivered by third-party partners, primarily Google AdMob and Unity Ads, who may use your advertising identifier and pixel tags to select and measure the ads you see. Google’s practices are described at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Advertising on this website
This website is supported by advertising served by Google AdSense and other third-party advertising vendors. The following applies to https://gamejim.com/ specifically:
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or to other websites.
- Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to our site and/or other sites on the internet.
- You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
- You can also opt out of a third-party vendor’s use of cookies for personalised advertising at aboutads.info/choices or, in Europe, at youronlinechoices.eu.
- Third-party vendors and ad networks that we have not directly authorised may also serve ads through this site. To opt out of those, use the industry pages linked above.
If you are visiting from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we ask for your consent before non-essential cookies are set, and you can change or withdraw that choice at any time using the cookie settings link in the footer of this site.
Cookies we use on this website
- Essential cookies — remember your cookie choice itself so we do not ask again on every page. These cannot be switched off.
- Analytics cookies — help us understand which pages are read and which games people look for, in aggregate.
- Advertising cookies — set by Google and other ad vendors to select ads, limit how often you see the same ad, and measure whether an ad worked.
Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies from their settings. Blocking cookies will not stop you using this site, but you may see less relevant ads.
External websites and third-party links
This Policy covers the use of cookies by Gamejim and does not cover their use by any third party. We have no control over the privacy practices or the content of our business partners, advertisers or other websites to which we provide links, and we are not responsible for them. You should check the applicable third-party privacy policy and terms of use when visiting any other website.
Aggregated statistics
Gamejim may collect statistics about the behaviour of users of its Services. When in aggregate form and not pointing to a particular individual, we may display this information publicly or provide it to others.
Changes to this Policy
We reserve the right to amend the Policy, and amendments will be effective as of the moment of publication on the site. You should check the site regularly for amendments. Your continued use of our Services after any change in this Policy will constitute your acceptance of such change.
